源自於草創初期，希望每天都能喝上一杯溫暖的咖啡。
所以有了這款初代配方，使用了大量的中南美洲咖啡豆，
有著厚實的咖啡口感，些許的衣索比亞帶出了意想不到的果乾餘韻。

隨著時間的洗練，小日子配方也歷經了幾次修改，
現在的口味平易近人，也經得起考驗。

經典的咖啡口味，中南美洲作為主體，加上一點非洲。
主要呈現了焦糖、堅果、黑李的風味，
在口中的變化還能感受到悠長的莓果乾氣息。

濾泡沖煮(手沖)參數

20克咖啡粉，總給水量為300mL，建議萃取時間區間為2:10至2:30。

義式萃取參數

18.5至20克重，Brewing ratio 1.95至2.1，建議萃取時間為30至40秒。

義式配方建議啟用日為烘焙日後14天，養豆排氣時間可能受保存環境室溫而影響。

Beginning

This blend traces back to our early days in 2017,
when the simple hope was to enjoy a warm cup of coffee every day.

That idea gave rise to our first original blend,
built primarily on coffees from Central and South America.
It offers a full-bodied mouthfeel,
with a subtle touch of Ethiopia revealing an unexpected dried-fruit finish.

Over time, shaped by experience and refinement,
the COZY DAY has gone through several adjustments.
Its current profile is approachable, balanced,
and one that continues to stand the test of time.

Development

A classic coffee profile,with Central and South America as the foundation, complemented by a hint of Africa.

The cup opens with notes of caramel, nuts, and black plum,
followed by a lingering impression of dried berries
that gently unfolds across the palate.

Transition

Filter Brewing (Pour-over)

• Coffee dose: 20 g

• Total water: 300 mL

• Recommended extraction time: 2:10–2:30

Espresso Brewing

• Dose: 18.5–20 g

• Brewing ratio: 1.95–2.1

• Recommended extraction time: 30–40 seconds

For espresso use, we recommend starting from 14 days after the roast date.
Degassing time may vary depending on storage conditions and ambient temperature.

For commercial cooperation,
the minimum order quantity for espresso blend coffee is 10 lbs per order.

Roasting schedule: Mondays and Fridays
We accept orders from Monday to Wednesday each week.

If you need to adjust items or quantities,
please notify us by 6:00 PM on the day the order is placed.

Once an order is confirmed,
shipment will be arranged within seven business days starting from the following day.

Example:

• Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday.

• Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be confirmed the next Monday,
  with shipment scheduled no later than the Monday of the following week.
